Modern pain sciences have evolved to understand that pain is a complex process – often an interaction of our lifestyles, habits, emotions, and beliefs.
Peta has done extensive training to address both chronic and acute pain and can identify and manage other factors that may be influencing an injury.
She is also highly trained in more holistic manual approaches to care including Craniosacral Therapy and Visceral Manipulation, traditionally osteopathic techniques.
These approaches may be of benefit for other chronic issues including chronic fatigue, chronic breathlessness and Long Covid symptoms.
